Trevor McKibbin
Founder and owner of Trademark Masons, Trevor has been working with stone since he was 18. He has a deep appreciation of nature and natural materials and the raw beauty of stone and finds great satisfaction in bring out the beauty in stone and in restoring old stonework to its former glory.

Dean Rogers
With 18 years of working at every aspect of stone from measuring, drawing, cutting CNC machining, polishing, finishing and fitting, Dean is perfectly suited to running every aspect of production. His greatest thrill in the job is to do things that others say cannot be done, but as the saying goes, where there’s a will, there’s a way.
Andrew Wells
Our man in London. Andrew comes from a background in product design and cabinet making. He handles all the London work and is kept busy between all the site meetings, project sites, and sending site measurements and instructions back to the production facility. Andrew also looks after the teams of onsite fitters and finishers in London.
Deirdre Delemere
Deirdre came from her home in New York to Northern Ireland to see her wider family and decided to stay. She developed her love of stone in studying sculpture for her art history degree and comes to Trademark having a varied background including property management. Deirdre manages the office and looks after human resource issues and amongst a plethora of other activities, looks after freight and logistics.

Karen McCracken
Karen comes with a background in business and marketing. She started at Trademark Masons in accounts but now works on pricing jobs and looks after much of our stone purchasing. She enjoys working as an integral part of the team in the whole process of choosing stone and pricing work at the beginning all the way through to the satisfaction of final measurement of the finished product.

Caroline Morgan
Caroline is a working mother and being able to work flexible hours was key to her choice for working at Trademark Masons. Not only has she been able to see her family grow but has seen the growth of the company over the last 10 years. Caroline looks after accounts and likes to tick things off her extensive to do list.

Henry Skates
The newest member of staff comes from an architectural and teaching background. He has worked in a variety of roles locally and overseas and enjoys the whole process of design, drawing, making, building, fitting and finishing. Henry looks after international activities and health and safety.

Lee Fenner
Working with stone for 35 years and a second generation stone mason, Lee is the most experienced stone mason at Trademark and can spin a good yarn about days gone by. Lee enjoys passing on his extensive knowledge about working stone to his younger co-workers. When Trevor McKibbin was just starting out working with stone, he was one of Lee’s apprentices.

Ian Ringland
Ian comes from an agricultural retail background and now works one of the bridge saws and with his eye for detail, is now an expert at setting up and cutting book-matched marble. He enjoys seeing the fruit of his labour in high quality finished rooms featuring stone that he selected and cut.

John O’Neil
John comes to Trademark with a background in computing and CNC machining in the aerospace and glass industries. He works one of the oldest CNC machines and enjoys the challenge of programming it to do what he wants it to do. He likes the relaxed atmosphere at work and the teamwork approach to getting the job done.

Trevor Wilson
Trevor joined Trademark Masons with a wealth of IT knowledge from servicing the retail industry. Trevor enjoys the creative side of the business and using his CNC programming skills to produce three dimensional creations in stone. Many of the items in the Purchase section are Trevor’s work.
